Uncle Walt Reviews Vista
If you're anxiously awaiting the launch of Windoze Vista on 30 January, you might be in for an underwhelming experience according to Mr. Mossberg. Read his review. I've played around a bit with Vista and while there is some "wow" factor, most of it is "wow, Mac OS X had that 5 years ago, it's nice to see it on Windoze finally".

Sounds pathetic. Six versions?!? They've got to be kidding me. What the hell has happened to Microsoft? Are they just so intimidated by Apple's success that they're forgetting about what their users might really want, like easy upgrades, compatibility, overall ease of use? God knows my evil Dell laptop can't handle it, not that I'd want it to anyway.
