The Inevitable iPod Nano Lawsuit

It was bound to happen. When reports surfaced soon after the Nano's release that it was too easily scratched, you could see this coming. Apple doesn't comment about its lawsuits, but was the Nano rushed to market? I guess the court will have to tackle that issue if it isn't settled like the battery controversy.

These people/lawyers with their instant lawsuits. Class action lawsuits are many times frivalous. Lawyers make millions, and the people they are supposedly serving get a $50 credit. It's BS.

The nano lawsuit is ridiculous. The nano scratches because people throw it in their pocket with their keys, throw it in their purse, etc. Get a small case for it, and the scratches are not an issue. The same is true for the full-size iPod- both it and the nano are made of the same material- but people don't manhandle the full-size iPod like they do their nano.
