Why Government Sucks

New York Senator Carl Kruger wants to ban cellphones, MP3 players and any other electronic device from New York streets. Or at least when people cross the street. A perfectly asinine response to two recent pedestian deaths there. Because there are what, about a billion people crossing the streets of NYC every day, and two people die, the remaining billion suffer? Stupid over reaction. But then again, have you been through airport security lately? If that's not the definition of over reaction, I don't know what is.
